Bharat.pics provides an image upload, gallery, and AI-assisted image analysis experience. Some features may depend on Google sign-in and Google Drive access.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information when signing in.
• Use the app only for lawful purposes.
• Not upload content that violates the rights of others or applicable law.
• Not attempt to interfere with the security or functionality of the platform.

4. Google Account Access

By connecting your Google account, you authorize the app to access the specific data needed for login and file-related features. You may disconnect this access at any time from your Google account settings.

5. Content

You retain ownership of your uploaded images. By uploading content, you confirm that you have the right to use and share it. Bharat.pics is not responsible for content uploaded by users beyond the operation of the platform.

6. Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to all functions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bharat.pics is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose.
